Southern California Compensation:
$65,000•90,000 base depending on fit and experience, plus uncapped contract commissions
Commission:
3•7% of first-year contract value, with higher upside possible for major opportunities

Security Guard Services / Logistics / Warehouse / Industrial / Commercial About Us We are a growing multi-state security guard company with licenses and offices in California, Arizona, Texas, and Nevada, with Washington and Oregon coming soon. Our strongest niche is warehouse, logistics, shipping, industrial, trucking, distribution, manufacturing, and high-value commercial security. We already have contracts, referrals, and experience with major players such as Tesla, OnTrac, and large shipping/logistics companies. We are lean like a startup, but we are not starting from zero. We have the licensing, operations, management, and guard capacity to take on large contracts quickly. The Opportunity This is not a traditional slow sales role. We are not looking for someone whose entire plan is to build cold call lists, create lead sheets, and slowly develop a pipeline over 60-90 days. We are looking for someone who already has warm relationships, industry contacts, referral sources, RFP/REQ access, or direct connections to companies that may need security guard services now or very soon. The right person may already have relationships with: Warehouses Logistics companies 3PL companies Trucking yards Distribution centers Manufacturing facilities Industrial parks Shipping companies Commercial real estate owners Property managers Construction sites High-value commercial facilities If you can open doors, we can support the rest: pricing, proposals, operations, staffing, onboarding, and contract fulfillment. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a true contract acquisition person — someone who can bring real opportunities to the table quickly. You may be a strong fit if you: Have deep relationships in logistics, warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, commercial real estate, property management, or security Can make warm introductions to decision-makers Have access to RFPs, REQs, vendor opportunities, or contract conversations Understand how to turn relationships into business opportunities Can move quickly and communicate professionally Are motivated by high commission upside Want a mutually beneficial opportunity, not just a standard sales job Expectations Time matters for both sides, so we want to be very transparent. This role is for someone who can create traction quickly. Within the first 1-2 weeks, we should be discussing real contacts, warm leads, meetings, proposal opportunities, or active conversations. Within 30 days, we expect meaningful progress toward contracts. This does not mean you need to personally know everything about security operations on day one. We will support you with pricing, proposals, guard service details, operations, staffing, and client onboarding. But we are not looking to build a slow sales team from scratch. We are looking for someone who can bring immediate relationship-based opportunity. Why This Is Rare Many sales roles are limited because the company cannot actually fulfill large contracts. We can. We have multi-state licensing, operational infrastructure, guard capacity, existing contracts, referrals, and experience in the exact industries we are targeting. If you have the relationships, we have the ability to execute. This is a rare opportunity for someone with the right network to turn warm relationships into significant commission income.
