Job Title:
Site Contract Specialist Job Description We are seeking a skilled Site Contract Specialist to drive the tactical delivery of site contract and budget negotiations for assigned studies or programs. This role involves developing, negotiating, tracking, and executing site-specific Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), and related contractual documents. As the primary point of contact for investigator sites and internal stakeholders during negotiations, you will track negotiation progress, prepare status reports, facilitate contract execution, and maintain contract management systems. Responsibilities Drive the tactical delivery of site contract and budget negotiations for assigned studies or programs. Develop, negotiate, track, and execute site-specific CDAs, CTAs, and related contractual documents. Serve as the primary point of contact for investigator sites and internal stakeholders during negotiations. Track negotiation progress and prepare status reports. Facilitate contract execution and maintain contract management systems. Work cross-functionally with study teams, finance, and global counterparts. Assist with performance metrics, escalate risks or timeline impacts, and support junior team members as needed. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in business, science, healthcare, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in site contracting at a CRO or sponsor. Strong understanding of site budgets, FMV tools (e.g., Grant/GratPlan), and negotiation parameters. Advanced working knowledge of Excel and Word, including formula review, track changes, and redlining. Experience with electronic document management systems. Experience negotiating CDAs and CTAs independently. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Salesforce and other electronic document management systems. Prior Study Start-Up experience. Experience working cross-functionally with sites and internal teams. Experience in Oncology or Dermatology is a plus. Work Environment This role requires proficiency in using Salesforce, Excel, and Word for document management and contract negotiation. The work environment is collaborative, requiring communication and coordination with various teams and stakeholders. The position emphasizes a strong understanding of negotiation parameters and site budgets, with the ability to identify and address any discrepancies during the negotiation process. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, DE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $53.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
