You will be part of the Lease Delivery Execution Operational Planning (EOP) team supporting AMERS Data Center Construction programs and cross-functional execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills , excellent communication abilities , and exceptional organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

41 per hour 🔍 What's the Job? Support the Lease Construction and Fitout Program within Data Center Lease Delivery Execution Operational Planning (EOP). Define program and initiative scope, goals, deliverables, and execution plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation, reports, trackers, runbooks, templates, and process improvements. Lead meetings with stakeholders, leadership teams, and subject matter experts while communicating progress updates. Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and issues while supporting operational execution strategies. ✅ What's Needed? 8-10 years of experience in Construction Program Management, preferably within Data Center environments. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; Bachelor's degree required. Strong experience with documentation, process management, and Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Knowledge of construction integration including fiber, telecom, network infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
