Contracts Administrator Job Overview Contract Administrator's primary responsibility is to manage the processing of inbound order agreements, Contracts, Change Orders, Purchase Orders and execution and distribution of the same. Initial review of all documents to gather accounting, bonding, and insurance information. Submission of documents for legal review. Maintain document filing systems. This position reports to the Operation Manager. Job Responsibilities- Receive and log inbound orders.
- Perform initial review of documentation.
- Compare proposal and cost data to order received.
- Maintain organized system of physical and digital records.
- Enter information in accounting system and ERP system.
- Submit agreements for legal review as required.
- Prepare and distribute Order Acknowledgments.
- Generated request for Certificates of Insurance.
- Create language standards for existing and new orders. Job Qualifications
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
- Familiarity with legal requirements and terms used in construction, insurance, or law. If you are new to the legal field, this may be for you.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills.
