The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle various inquiries with professionalism. •This is a full-time position, executing a temporary project lasting 1-2 months. Performance of the person in this role will determine the length of the project.

Responsibilities:

Process Mapping & Documentation Document existing business processes, workflows, and systems in a clear and standardized format Create and maintain process maps, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and internal documentation Partner with team members to gather information and validate process accuracy Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in current workflows and flag opportunities for improvement Data Entry & Data Management Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, spreadsheets) Maintain and update datasets to ensure completeness and data integrity Validate and clean data to support reliable reporting and analysis Assist in organizing and structuring data for easy access and usability Reporting & Light Analysis Conduct basic data analysis (e.g., trends, comparisons, summaries) to support team decision-making Assist in preparing summaries that communicate key findings
