Public Trust / Background Investigation (as required) Position Overview Dynamic Management Associates (DMA) is seeking Entry-Level Contract Support Specialists to support Federal acquisition activities. This role supports Government Contracting Officers (COs) and Contract Specialists (CSs) across pre-award and post-award functions. Personnel in this role perform non-personal, advisory acquisition support in accordance with the FAR, VAAR, and agency policy. Key Responsibilities Review procurement documents for accuracy, adequacy, and completeness prior to CO submission
Identify inconsistencies or missing information and resolve issues through coordination with acquisition staff
Interpret and apply Federal and agency acquisition regulations, policies, and directives
Draft and prepare acquisition-related documents, forms, and supporting materials
Conduct and document market research in support of acquisition planning
Prepare and process purchase requisitions and acquisition packages for award
Support invoice review, fund status tracking, and closeout documentation
Research and prepare documentation for undelivered orders (UDOs) and contract closeout
Support post-award contract administration under CO direction
Monitor Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASPs) and track contractor performance metrics
Required Qualifications Education:
Four (4) years above high school from an accredited college or university
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years of Federal contracting experience within the last five (5) years
Demonstrated experience supporting Government acquisition activities Required Skills Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to communicate effectively with acquisition professionals
Working knowledge of FAR-based acquisition processes
Proficiency with standard office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Government acquisition systems
