Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join a growing organization in Vineland, NJ. This company operates in the infrastructure and technology space, supporting large-scale, high-impact projects. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term potential within a fast-paced and evolving environment. The role will be fully on-site (5 days/week) during the training period, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.

Pay Rate:
$25-$30/hour (DOE)
Duration:
6-Month Contract-to-Hire Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full procurement lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, and order trackingSource, evaluate, and onboard vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and servicesNegotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliersPartner with internal teams to forecast and support purchasing needsMaintain accurate procurement records within ERP systemsMonitor inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of materials and servicesReview invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal accounting teamsIdentify opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsEnsure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices
