Schedule:
Hybrid A university business services team is seeking a temporary Contract Administrator to support a high-volume contract management department. This role will assist with contracts related to the acquisition of goods and services and will support the full contract lifecycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include:
Support the contract management lifecycle from request intake through execution
Use contract management software and other SaaS-based systems such as Workday, Jaggaer Contracts+, DocuSign, and related tools
Coordinate quality control and contract review with internal contract managers and gatekeepers
Facilitate the signature process to ensure contracts are executed by authorized signatories
Triage contract requests from internal stakeholders
Assist with contract record creation, data entry, and data verification
Draft contracts using approved legal templates
Maintain accurate contract records and follow established policies and procedures
Communicate professionally with internal departments and business partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of relevant administrative, contract, legal, or business operations experience preferred
Paralegal background or exposure to legal contracts, contract drafting, or contract review is a plus
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Ability to learn new technology platforms quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Customer service-focused mindset
Ability to multitask, pivot, and work well in a fast-paced environment #TNG123
