Job Description

Contract Administrator Pay:
$24/hour

Schedule:
Hybrid A university business services team is seeking a temporary Contract Administrator to support a high-volume contract management department. This role will assist with contracts related to the acquisition of goods and services and will support the full contract lifecycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include:
  • Support the contract management lifecycle from request intake through execution
  • Use contract management software and other SaaS-based systems such as Workday, Jaggaer Contracts+, DocuSign, and related tools
  • Coordinate quality control and contract review with internal contract managers and gatekeepers
  • Facilitate the signature process to ensure contracts are executed by authorized signatories
  • Triage contract requests from internal stakeholders
  • Assist with contract record creation, data entry, and data verification
  • Draft contracts using approved legal templates
  • Maintain accurate contract records and follow established policies and procedures
  • Communicate professionally with internal departments and business partners
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant administrative, contract, legal, or business operations experience preferred
  • Paralegal background or exposure to legal contracts, contract drafting, or contract review is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to learn new technology platforms quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Customer service-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask, pivot, and work well in a fast-paced environment #TNG123
