As a Contracts Administrator I, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting the global procurement functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$32/hr w2 What's the Job? Maintain and update data in the contract repository system used by the global procurement team. Extract key contract metadata such as dates, values, and suppliers from contracts. Enter and validate contract data within the contract lifecycle management system, ensuring accuracy and quality. Generate reports on contract repository status and metrics. Support ad-hoc assignments and assist in understanding contract hierarchies to support parent-child relationships for contract metadata. What's Needed? At least 3 years of experience with technical systems and advanced IT system proficiency. Deep understanding of contract hierarchies and lifecycle management. Strong attention to detail, especially in reviewing contracts and validating data. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
