We're seeking a full-time remote Contracts Manager to support the administration and management of commercial agreements across our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing contract execution, operational efficiency, and stakeholder partnership while helping scale legal operations in a highly regulated industry.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping streamline contract management, support compliance initiatives, and partner with stakeholders across a dynamic healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, process, and manage routine commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, independent contractor agreements, amendments, and renewals Administer and maintain the company's contract lifecycle management system (Ironclad), including intake workflows, approval routing, execution tracking, and repository management Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract requests, status updates, and contract process guidance Track contract obligations, renewal dates, expirations, and key milestones to ensure timely follow-up and compliance Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and supporting documentation aligned with company standards Coordinate with outside counsel and internal legal leadership on agreements requiring specialized legal review, including data use and privacy-related agreements Identify and escalate non-standard contract terms, legal risks, and policy exceptions appropriately Support legal operations initiatives, process improvements, and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
Associate's degree, Paralegal Certificate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Contracts Administrator, Legal Operations Specialist, or in a similar role Experience managing routine commercial agreements and contract workflows Experience using contract lifecycle management systems; Ironclad experience strongly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Experience supporting healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or other regulated industries preferred Familiarity with privacy, compliance, and data-related agreements highly preferred Experience collaborating with outside counsel and legal service providers preferred Experience contributing to process improvement or legal operations initiatives preferred
