Job Description

The Opportunity Are you passionate about reaching people with the Gospel through media? If so, GOD TV is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Distribution Administrator to support its global broadcast and platform distribution operations. This role represents an opportunity to play a central operational role within a complex, international distribution network; ensuring that partner relationships, contractual obligations, and platform data are accurately managed and consistently maintained. Working closely with the Channel Director, the successful candidate will act as a key coordination point across distribution partners, supporting both day-to-day administration and the ongoing development of structured, scalable tracking and reporting systems. The Role The Distribution Administrator will be responsible for the administration, tracking, and organisation of all distribution partners, agreements, and associated documentation. Operating within a structured and detail-critical environment, the role ensures clear visibility of platform status, contractual timelines, and compliance requirements across all distribution channels. The position also supports audience reporting, partner communication, and onboarding processes for new platform launches, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of GOD TV's global broadcast operations. This is a highly process-driven role requiring strong organisational discipline, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contracts, and deadlines simultaneously.
Core Responsibilities Distribution & Partner Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution partners and platforms Administer carriage agreements, renewals, and associated documentation Track contract terms, renewal dates, notice periods, and key obligations Maintain organised records of agreements, amendments, and partner correspondence Issue, track, and follow up on all required distribution paperwork Act as a central administrative point of contact for distribution partners Support the Technical Director with contract administration, document control, and compliance tracking
Audience Reporting & Platform Support:
Collect and maintain audience, reach, and platform performance data from partners Track and manage reporting logs, identifying gaps or missing data Provide structured updates on metrics, contracts, and renewals Support administrative processes for new platform launches, including onboarding documentation
Operational Co-ordination & Communication:
Provide clear and timely updates to the board of Directors Escalate risks, delays, or non-responses from partners as required Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Support broader operational activities across global broadcast distribution Attend relevant team, departmental, and one-to-one meetings
Process & Compliance:
Ensure all documentation and processes align with organisational policies and procedures Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and record-keeping Support the development of improved tracking, reporting, and administrative systems Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and visibility
Candidate Profile Experience & Skills:
Experience in contract administration, document control, or partner coordination Proven ability to manage records, track deadlines, and maintain organised systems Experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver tasks within defined timelines Strong administrative and organisational capability with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Understanding of basic reporting and data tracking Experience within media, broadcast, or digital distribution environments (desirable) Familiarity with carriage agreements or platform distribution (desirable)
Professional Capability:
Ability to manage multiple contracts, timelines, and documentation accurately Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence in following up with external partners and maintaining professional relationships Ability to identify gaps in reporting and proactively address issues Capable of escalating risks clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders

To best support our clients and team, this role is open only to candidates who are physically located in the state of Colorado, CO.
