Full-time Overview CallCorp is a fast-growing, cloud-native contact center software provider. Built on scalable, redundant architecture and an open API framework, we empower global clients with high-performance communication tools. Description We are seeking a proactive, high-judgment Executive Administrator to serve as the central pillar of our operations. In this role, you aren't just supporting leadership - you are the glue that connects our internal communications, partner relationships, and company culture. You will bridge the gap between executive support and office operations, handling everything from drafting complex legal agreements to executing high-impact company events. This role is full-time, Monday through Friday. Remote (Cedar City based). While this is a remote position, candidates must reside in the Cedar City area to allow for occasional travel to our Lehi and St. George offices as needed. Responsibilities (not limited to)
Meeting Lifecycle:
Organize company meetings and own the full meeting lifecycle. This includes building presentation decks, setting agendas, and ensuring action items are tracked to completion.
Travel & Events:
Manage all company travel booking and coordination. Lead the logistics (reservations, materials, and communications) for company events and exhibitions.
Operations:
Oversee daily office functions, manage supplies and facilities.
Communications:
Act as the voice of the company for internal announcements.
Legal & Contract Administration:
Draft, review, and format legal documents, including Contracts, Amendments, and EULAs.
Partner & External Relations:
Coordinate and synthesize data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage high-level correspondence with global partners.
Executive Support:
Handle a broad range of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments.
Cross-Functional Support:
Talent:
Assist HR with job descriptions, candidate screenings, and onboarding logistics.
Marketing:
Manage branded merchandise and physical marketing collateral.
HR:
Support year-end team activities and annual open enrollment logistics. Amend HR policies and provide HR administration support. Qualifications and Skills 5+ years in a senior administrative or operations role, ideally within a fast-paced tech/SaaS environment. Proven track record of handling highly confidential data with absolute integrity. Experience working within legal or compliance frameworks; you enjoy the nuances of contract formatting and terminology. Proven ability to manage travel and event planning. High proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Self-starter who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
