We're early stage with active bids in the pipeline and building toward a full-scale operation. I'm looking for someone hungry. No experience required. If you're the type of person who figures things out, picks up the phone without being asked, and wants to actually build a good life for yourself, that matters more than your resume. I'll teach you the rest. What you'd be doing: Making calls and following up with subcontractors and teaming partners. Tracking bid deadlines and keeping projects moving. Following up with government offices. Keeping our pipeline organized. Helping with pricing, scopes of work, and proposal support. Researching new contract opportunities.
