Job Description:
Freelance Paid Social Specialist (Contract / As-Needed) We're looking to build a bench of experienced Paid Social freelancers to support upcoming projects across a range of clients. This role will be responsible for end-to-end paid social execution, including strategy, campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting across platforms such as Meta, , TikTok, and Reddit. Ideal candidates are hands-on in-platform and comfortable managing campaigns directly, with a strong understanding of advanced capabilities including audience strategies (1P/2P/3P), attribution (including ROSS and conversion windows), and platform-specific best practices. What you'll do: Develop and execute paid social strategies aligned to client goals Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms Analyze performance and provide actionable insights and reporting Collaborate with internal teams on creative, targeting, and testing strategies What we're looking for: Proven experience managing paid social campaigns end-to-end Deep platform expertise across Meta, , TikTok, and/or Reddit Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment This is a freelance, project-based opportunity with potential for ongoing collaboration. We are open to remote candidates, with the option to work from our Chicago, IL office if preferred.
