5:00 PM What you'll do:
Lead contract creation and administration for purchasing goods and services
Develop and manage bid documents (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) and evaluate vendor proposals
Negotiate contract terms to meet company standards and stakeholder requirements
Manage multiple contracts, including changes, updates, and approvals
Work with internal teams (legal, finance, project management) to support contract processes
Analyze vendor proposals and provide recommendations
Conduct market research to support cost savings and sourcing strategies
Maintain accurate contract records in SAP Ariba and ensure compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
3-4 years of experience required if degree is held
Ability to work independently and make decisions based on company policies
Strong understanding of vendors, contracts, and procurement processes
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams
Preferred:
Experience in procurement or supply chain supporting cybersecurity/enterprise security
Experience with SAP Ariba CLM
