Job Description
TEKsystems is currently seeking a Project Assistant/Data Validation Analyst for a 100% Remote 1-year contract opening.
Required experience:
+ Excel + Data Validation + Project Intake + Reporting Nice to have: + Salesforce experience-pulling/exporting data from Salesforce + Smartsheet Description Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Assistant to support project planning, coordination, and execution for intake . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, has a keen eye for detail, and is driven to continuously improve processes and outcomes. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Organization & Documentation- Keep project files, records, and systems meticulously organized and up to date.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project-related data and communication. Analytical Support
- Analyze project data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflows and processes.
- Support implementation of process enhancements and best practices. Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication across all project activities. ________________________________________ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office, Smartsheets) and/or project management tools.
- Experience with Salesforce would be a bonus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with precision.
