Qualifications We are seeking a talented AEC sales enablement professional to join our team and support our engineers and planners within the Business Development Organization! This position is open to remote and/or hybrid locations across the RS&H footprint. Are you a sales enablement professional who enjoys the chase of pursuing and winning new work? As a pursuit specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape the way we connect with our clients through RFQ and RFP responses with special attention to thoughtful messaging and effective storytelling. You will work closely with a highly experienced team of engineers, architects, marketers, client managers, and graphic designers who come together to understand clients and communicate our value proposition. Although dissecting RFQs and RFPs and formatting compliant responses is a critical function of this role, it's not the only function. Our marketing specialists are an essential part of the capture process and are expected to think critically, be creative, ask questions, and share insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

Have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience within AEC marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and AEC experience. Be proficient in the fullMicrosoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite software (specifically InDesign). Have strong attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload with shifting priorities, take initiative, follow through, and maintain confidentiality. Possess solid verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner. Possess solid analytical, decision-making, researching, and organizational capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience coordinating RFP and RFP processes for both public and private sector clients, focusing on transportation, aviation, and aerospace. Knowledge and experience with the SF 330 process. Certified professional services marketer (CPSM) and/or other industry-specific certifications. Deltek Vision (or other related database) experience is a plus. Ability to travel as needed.
