Remote Commercial Contracts Specialist
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Contracts Specialist to support a growing volume of customer agreements within the healthcare space. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a mid-to-senior level contracts professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and managing complex commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, revise, and summarize commercial customer agreementsEnsure contracts align with approved playbooks, pricing programs, and internal guidelinesReview and manage standard commercial contracts, including purchase agreementsWork with agreements on both company and customer paperCoordinate with legal, compliance, finance, sales, and business stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycleEscalate non-standard language or contract risks to legal when necessaryMaintain organized contract records, amendments, renewals, and version controlSupport contract execution related to newly acquired and upcoming healthcare productsUtilize the Model N contracting tool to manage contract workflows and documentationQualifications:
