Remote Contract -based Florida Estate Planning and Trust Administration Paralegal Opportunity - 5+Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Estate Planning / Trust Administration Paralegal . Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6-10 hours per week .

Paralegal Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with direct experience in Florida Estate Planning and Trust Administration Strong experience drafting estate planning documents and supporting trust administration matters Experience using WealthCounsel (preferred), along with familiarity with Clio and Westlaw Form Builder Ability to assist with data entry, document formatting, and ensuring estate planning documents are complete and accurate Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents to ensure accuracy prior to attorney review Ability to organize and manage estate planning and trust administration files efficiently Experience supporting real estate

• related matters, including title work (a plus) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines Strong understanding of estate planning processes, language, and procedures Ability to work independently and proactively support attorney workflow Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions while taking initiative Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour .
