Remote Contracts Manager

We are looking for a remote Contracts Manager to join our client's IT software organization on a Contract basis. This role focuses on shaping, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, with particular emphasis on SaaS agreements involving public sector entities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements across software and technology-related transactions.
• Negotiate SaaS agreements and related terms.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and redlining through execution and ongoing administration.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with business goals, risk considerations, and pricing strategies.
• Support transactions involving public sector organizations by addressing compliance needs and contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract records, monitor key milestones, and help ensure timely follow-up on renewals, amendments, and obligations.
• Provide practical guidance on contractual language, issue resolution, and negotiation strategy to help close agreements efficiently.
