Job Description

Job Description USA General Contractors INC. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee contract management and administration. The ideal candidate will manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Monitor contract performance and enforce obligations Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters Identify and mitigate risks related to contracts Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in contract management, preferably in construction Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and construction agreements Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
