Remote Hybrid Housing Consultant - Manufactured Homes - Uvalde/Eagle Pass Areas

Housing Made Easy is expanding in the Uvalde and Eagle Pass region and looking for a Remote Housing Consultant to help families across South Texas achieve affordable homeownership through manufactured housing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships in their community, and helping families find real housing solutions. Our consultants guide buyers through the process of exploring homes, understanding financing options, and taking the next step toward homeownership. If you are self-driven, trustworthy, and motivated to help people while building a strong income opportunity, this could be a great fit. This position is primarily remote, but candidates should live in or near the Uvalde / Eagle Pass area and be available to meet or work from Knippa, TX office when needed. Responsibilities Speak with potential home buyers and guide them through the manufactured home buying process Help customers explore home options that fit their needs and budget Assist buyers with pre-qualification and financing steps Maintain follow-up with customers through phone, text, and digital communication Build relationships within your community and generate referrals Use social media and local networking to connect with potential buyers Occasionally meet at or work from Knippa office when needed Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable speaking with people by phone and online Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Trustworthy, dependable, and accountable for your work Positive, solution-focused mindset Comfortable with performance-based income opportunities We care deeply about the people we bring onto our team.
