Full-Time with benefits We are seeking an experienced RFP Proposal Manager to lead the development and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and proposals supporting new business and client renewals within a growing healthcare/PBM environment . This role is highly visible and works cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Leadership, and external partners to drive winning strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI proposal development and submission Partner with Sales, SMEs, Brokers, and Account Teams to deliver high-quality proposals Develop compelling content, presentations, and strategic responses Manage multiple proposals, deadlines, and renewal processes Support sales strategy, quoting, and opportunity evaluation Track pipeline activity and generate reports using internal tools Requirements 3-5 years of experience in proposal management, sales support, or project management Experience in healthcare, PBM, or insurance strongly preferred Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and data reporting tools (e.g., Asana) Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment #

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
