We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Subcontracts professional to join our Camden, AR or Huntsville, AL team, bringing strong expertise in supply chain, procurement, and project management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage complex procurements, projects, and processes, including work that may extend beyond your immediate functional area, while operating with general oversight and considerable autonomy. You will support multiple Government programs, with a key focus on managing Government procurements and leading engagement with one to three highly visible and complex suppliers. This position offers the opportunity to lead critical, high-impact initiatives and drive meaningful improvements across subcontracting processes, systems, and overall performance. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, influence change, and may provide guidance and support to other team members.Essential Functions:
+ Performs fundamental procurement activities including acquisition of materials, components and services at realistic and competitive prices, which meet schedule, safety and quality standards. + Performs price/cost analysis. + Provides proposal support.Qualifications:
