9/80 About the Opportunity Seeking Procurement/Subcontracts professionals with experience supporting Aerospace & Defense environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement and subcontract administration
• Supplier coordination and negotiations
• Purchase order management
• Bid/proposal and sourcing support
• RFQ/RFP activities
• Supplier performance and operational procurement support
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions
• Analyze supplier proposals and support subcontract awards
• Administer subcontract modifications and supplier agreements
• Support sourcing strategies and supplier risk mitigation initiatives

Preferred Experience:

• Procurement, purchasing, or subcontract administration
• Aerospace, Defense, or Manufacturing industry background
• Supplier management and negotiation experience
• ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience supporting subcontract lifecycle activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years relevant procurement/subcontracts experience preferred
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
