What you'll own Primary customer interface for assigned OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and government buyers—handling day-to-day questions and issue resolution. Order & contract stewardship : process POs and quotations in ERP; ensure alignment with contractual terms, pricing, and flow-down requirements. Schedule control : monitor backlog and delivery plans; surface and communicate changes to supply chain, production, and other stakeholders. Delivery performance : coordinate with planning and operations to hit on-time targets; proactively flag risks and delays. Critical expediting : support rush needs, including defense priority orders (DO/DX). Pricing & proposals : assist with RFQs, pricing reviews, and proposal development consistent with agreements, cost structures, and escalation clauses. Negotiation support : provide historical pricing, volume, and lead-time data. Relationship growth : build trust with key stakeholders; support account managers/business development on growth initiatives. Data integrity & reporting : maintain accurate customer/order records; produce reports on backlog, on-time delivery, and customer performance; support internal and customer business reviews.
