Job Description

DPP is seeking an IT Contract & Project Advisor for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry. Work location : Partial onsite (Tues., Wed., Thurs. onsite) and as needed.

W2 contract, possible contract to hire Position summary: The IT Contract & Project Advisor will be responsible for managing key contract activities Leads and supports renewal functions for critical IT vendor contracts Tracks key contract playbook activities and milestones Leads meetings with key stakeholders to include executive management Collaborates closely with the Chief Negotiator, IS Negotiation team, key vendors, Asset Services, IS Finance and other partnering teams The ideal candidate will have drive, great presentation skills (will be presenting to upper management), and situational awareness.
Preferred:
Project leadership and ownership of initiatives Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and drive initiatives Experience presenting to executive level management Minimum required work experience: 5 years of related work experience, including experience in project management, client relationship management, and process/product improvement.
About the team:
The team works in a fast-paced environment and supports a wide range of customers across the organization and multiple lines of business. The role requires meeting tight deadlines, with increased workload at quarter end and year end (especially for renewals). Overtime may be required to meet critical deliverables. The team is collaborative and supportive. It values teamwork, strong performance, and a positive work environment. The role involves close partnership with other teams across the AIMS organization. Required education/equivalencies:
Bachelor's degree (any major); OR, Associates degree plus 2 years of work-related experience; OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 9 years without a degree) Interested?
