Job Description

Summary:
The Deal Specialist supports the end‑to‑end execution of AT&T partner deals, shepherding opportunities from pricing and quoting through contracting and order submission to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a strong partner experience. This role is responsible for managing an assigned queue of AT&T deals, submitting and tracking quotes, contracts, and orders within supplier systems and CRM tools, and providing clear, timely updates to partners and internal teams throughout the deal lifecycle. The Deal Specialist works cross‑functionally with sales, AT&T, and internal operations teams to resolve discrepancies, address issues, and keep deals moving forward within SLA, while communicating complex information in an easy‑to‑understand way. This position requires strong attention to detail, a resourceful and adaptable approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while serving as a reliable point of executional support from pre‑sales through order fulfillment for AT&T opportunities
Essential Job Duties:
Deal Lifecycle Management:
Manage an assigned queue of AT&T deals, shepherding opportunities from pricing and quoting through contracting and order submission within SLA.
Quote, Contract, and Order Submission:
Submit AT&T quotes, contracts, and orders into supplier systems and required processes, tracking actions and following up until completion.
CRM Maintenance:
Review, update, and maintain accurate deal records in CRM tools, ensuring pricing, contract, order details, and status updates are complete and correct.
Partner and Sales Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for partners and internal sales teams regarding AT&T deal status, providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the deal lifecycle.
Discrepancy Resolution:
Identify, investigate, and resolve issues or discrepancies that arise during pricing, contracting, or ordering, escalating as appropriate to ensure timely resolution. Cross‑
Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales teams, AT&T representatives, and internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and uninterrupted progression of assigned deals.
Clear Information Delivery:
Communicate complex pricing, contract, and order information in a professional and easy‑to‑understand manner.
Training and Knowledge Application:
Participate in AT&T supplier trainings and internal team sessions to maintain current product knowledge and support accurate deal execution.
Backup Support:
Act as backup support for other team members as required to ensure continuity of AT&T deal coverage.
Meetings and Other Duties:
Attend all required company and team meetings and perform other duties as assigned in support of partner deal execution.

Supervisor, Partner Solutions Requirements:
5+ years of direct experience supporting AT&T deal execution, including pricing, quoting, contracting, ordering, or end‑to‑end deal management in a telecommunications, partner, distributor, or carrier‑aligned environment. Experience managing multiple active deals simultaneously, including submitting, tracking, and following up on quotes, contracts, and orders through completion within SLAs. Experience maintaining accurate deal, contract, and order records within either CRM or order management systems. Perform daily job responsibilities with minimal direction while operating within a queue‑based work environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies, mitigate errors, and ensure accuracy throughout the deal lifecycle. Resourceful approach to problem solving, including investigating issues, identifying solutions, and escalating appropriately to keep deals moving forward. Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and clearly explain complex pricing, contract, and order information. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales teams, carrier representatives, and internal operations partners. Attend internal and supplier training sessions and retain detailed information in order to support accurate and compliant deal execution. Preferred:
College Degree, BA in Business Administration or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand at a computer terminal for long periods of time. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and in-office attendance designated for this position. Ability to travel up to 5% of the time Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Compensation:
Compensation Range:
$58,000-$68,000 Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range. While we're committed to providing top-tier solutions, we're just as committed to supporting our own team.
