Job Description

Construction Contracts Administrator My client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support contract review, construction documentation, compliance records, and risk-related administrative processes across a growing family of companies. This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands construction contracts, enjoys organizing details, and wants to become a trusted internal resource to management, sales, operations, finance, and project teams. What You'll Do Review and help administer master contracts, subcontracts, service contracts, vendor agreements, and related construction documents Track contract edits, follow-up items, document execution, and required approvals Review project specifications for special requirements such as prevailing wage, insurance, CCIP, prequalification, licensing, and jurisdiction-specific requirements Help maintain document templates, contract files, compliance records, licenses, safety certifications, and qualification materials Support certificates of insurance, bonds, subcontractor prequalification, confidentiality agreements, and customer/vendor portals Assist with RFQ/RFP documentation and records needed to demonstrate company qualifications Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and leadership to keep documentation accurate, organized, and accessible What We're Looking For 5+ years of business administration experience; construction industry experience preferred; estimating experience is a plus Experience with contract review, contract administration, project documentation, compliance, or document control Degree preferred in construction, legal studies, business, or a related field Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information from multiple sources Clear, concise writing and professional communication skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PDFs, email, file management, portals, and document systems Basic understanding of accounting principles, HR compliance, insurance, or construction risk management is helpful Why This Opportunity Stands Out Long-standing, stable company with continued growth Highly visible role with access to ownership and key decision-makers Opportunity to become a part of the leadership and operations team influencing multiple departments and locations Strong career growth potential Competitive pay, annual bonus opportunity, and full benefits package All inquiries are
