Webster Wild Seed, LLC Position Overview Webster Wild Seed, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee project contracts, coordination, and documentation while also supporting field operations when office demands are low. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who understands construction, enjoys problem solving, and is willing to step in wherever needed—both in the office and in the field. Key Responsibilities Contract & Project Management Manage project contracts from bid through completion Track quantities, change orders, and project costs Coordinate with owners, contractors, and subcontractors Assist with estimating, proposals, and job costing Ensure compliance with project specs, permits, and timelines Maintain organized documentation and reporting Operations & Coordination Work closely with field crews to ensure project success Schedule crews, equipment, and materials Communicate daily with team members and leadership Help improve efficiency, workflow, and project execution Field Work (When Needed) When office workload allows, this position will assist crews with: Installation of erosion control products (silt fence, wattles, seeding, etc.) Site preparation and general construction labor Equipment operation (skid loaders, tractors, etc.) Miscellaneous farm and construction tasks ( This is a working role — not strictly behind a desk. ) Qualifications Experience in construction, civil work, or related field preferred Strong understanding of plans, specs, and project workflow Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Good communication and leadership skills Willingness to perform physical labor when needed Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for year-round or seasonal employment Variety of work (construction, agriculture, erosion control) Growing company with advancement opportunities Tight-knit, hardworking team environment Why This Role is Different At Webster Wild Seed, we don't believe in strictly separating office and field roles. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
