LIHEAP Specialist

The LIHEAP Specialist is responsible for payments, vendor agreements and creating internal reports pertaining to the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Software Verify Client account information on a weekly basis Work with LIHEAP vendors to secure and update vendor agreements Create internal LIHEAP reports Qualifications Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director Excellent communication skills Detailed oriented Ability to multi task Excellent organization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Must be comfortable working in a past paced environment Strong understanding of data confidentiality and security standards Associate or bachelors degree, preferred Experience with client management systems, without a degree will be considered Strong computer skills required Associate or bachelors degree, preferred Experience with client management systems, without a degree will be considered Strong computer skills required
