CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

ROLE We are looking for a talented and dedicated Construction Contract Administrator driven by a passion for design excellence, high quality buildings and spaces, collaboration, and professional development.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
  • 10+ years working with complex commercial projects, including mixed-use, multi-family or hospitality Technical Knowledge
  • strong knowledge of building technologies, construction methods, details, codes & specifications Software Proficiency
  •  Revit required, Bluebeam, Newforma, MS Office Communication
  • successful communicator & collaborator in a high-energy team environment Licensure
  • preferred, but not required
