ETS-Lindgren designs and manufactures the test systems making our electronics infused lifestyle a reality! Join a global, team-oriented organization as our Global Contracts Negotiator 2 to help us build a smarter, more connected future! Position Description Independently review and negotiate standard and nonstandard commercial contracts in line with company guidelines and legal requirements Negotiate and administer complex government contracts, including FAR and DFARS compliance Work closely on a day-to-day basis with Project Management, Sales, and other internal teams to process a high volume of awards, orders, and documents and raise contractual risks, rights, and obligations Think critically regarding contract issues from a legal and business perspective, provide basic risk analysis and contractual issue discussion with executive team for approvals Participate in internal and external meetings, provide contract feedback and work with internal departments to evaluate contracts Support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and customer contact activities Resolve standard issues independently and provide solution-based feedback and support for more complex issues Enter and manage data in internal systems Complete representations and certifications, insurance requests, and associated documents Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience in legal or contracts administration Proficiency with Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Experience in the construction industry Security clearance or the ability to obtain security clearance Benefits offered Medical (with Health Savings Account), Dental, and Vision Insurance Healthcare Flexible Spending Account 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match Stock Purchase Plan with company match Company Paid Basic Life Insurance Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, Bereavement Leave, & Holidays Parental & Caregiver Leave Employee Education Assistance Program Employee Assistance Program Employee Appreciation Incentives (Birthdays, Recognition Awards, etc.) PPE Reimbursement Gym Membership Reimbursement
