Job Description

PrideStaff has partnered with our downtown Dallas client who is looking to add a dynamic Contract Administrator to their growing team. This individual will play a key role in preparing, reviewing and managing contract documentation, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration. ?
Dallas, Texas- Hybrid What You'll Do:
Review, edit, and proofread contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy and consistency Assist in preparing standardized agreements, including real estate contracts Maintain contract records and databases, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date Generate reports and provide visibility into contract status and key data points Support communication efforts with external stakeholders, including operators and landowners Partner with internal teams to help monitor contract terms and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For:
1-2+ years of experience in contract administration, document review, or a similar detail-focused role Strong proofreading and written communication skills High level of attention to detail and organizational ability Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel A team-first mindset with a humble, adaptable approach Nice to
Have:
Experience in oil & gas, land management or real estate environments Degree in Petroleum Land Management or a related field AAPL certification (RL or RPL) or interest in pursuing designation Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 Per Year
