You will be the Proposal Analyst Staff for the Proposal Development Team. Our team is responsible for delivering competitive, high‑quality proposals that win critical missile system contracts. What You Will Be Doing As the Proposal Analyst Staff you will be responsible for shaping and delivering compelling proposals that secure key missile system contracts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and submit winning proposals for missile system contracts. Coordinate cross‑functional inputs to ensure technical accuracy and compliance. Analyze customer requirements and the competitive landscape to craft differentiated solutions. Maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and documentation repositories. Support post‑submission debriefs and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Strong financial/analytical/technical skills Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database systems
Desired Skills:
Prior experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts Knowledge of FAR and Cost/Pricing Data Requirements High attention to detail and ability to summarize large volume of complex data to influence executive decision making Experience using proposal estimating or pricing systems (e.g. ProPricer, BOEPro, Cost Volume Pro) Experience with multiple proposal contract types (e.g. FFP, CPFF, FPIF, CPIF, etc.)

Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
