You will be the Subcontract Program Management for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontractors, managing cost, quality, schedule, and technical performance, and developing strategic subcontracting plans. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Program Management you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing team that drives subcontract program success for the M270 Fleet Expansion and HIMARS programs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead a team of subcontract managers to oversee critical subcontracted systems. Direct cost, quality, schedule, and technical performance of subcontractors. Develop and execute strategic sourcing and subcontract program plans. Manage all phases of subcontracting from business case to contract execution. Establish milestone objectives and ensure compliance with contractual specifications. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience. Experience negotiating, administering and managing subcontractor purchase orders.Understanding of FAR and DFAR Desired Skills:
Experience using SAP and P2P and familiar with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures. Experience supporting prime proposal submissions and interacting with Customer counterparts.Security Clearance Statement:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
