Provide overall contract management in a uniform way and in accordance with the company's directives, authorities, procedures, and strategy. Create, enter, and maintain contract pricing, agreements, and customer information in company internal system. Assist DCM with generating reports, reviewing agreements, and compiling RFP requirements. Minimum Requirements Undergraduate or advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management preferred. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) Industry. Strong business acumen, analysis, and insights. Must be able to effectively manage changing priorities. Demonstrated experience with contract management. Ability to write and effectively present information to customers, employees, and other members of management, preferably in both English and Spanish. Superior strategic and analytic skills, listening skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. Ability to adhere to highest ethical standards and promote same to others.

advance excel desirable. 4.0 Responsibilities Create, enter and manage contract pricing and agreements into internal system and share point. Create, enter and manage customer account information in internal system. Assist DCM with generating reports; reviewing agreements to identify contract expiry dates. Assist DCM with quotes, bids and compiling RFP requirements. Assist Contracts in timely resolution of internal case management inquiries (user help request). Establish framework for collaborating with the business leaders and ensuring alignment of objectives. Assist Tender requests, determine actions required, and develop strategies and timelines in conjunction with other Departments, while ensuring compliance with company contracting policies, processes and procedures. Review and disposition of requests or submissions for MAS, Contracts, contract amendments, discount agreements and other pricing structures with clients. Liaise and coordinate with other departments to provide guidance on contract matters, post contract award management implementation, and to ensure that specific equipment is available to meet contract requirements. Provide guidance on contract/commercial requirements, pursue opportunities and advise of risk within the contract to management, operations, and invoicing. Assist in the resolution of contractual disputes. Must have detailed knowledge of the Contract, including review of all pre-award commercial/contractual correspondence. Ensure that all MSA's, contracts and pricing agreements are updated and maintained within Internal system and share point. Work in close collaboration with Central, Reporting, and Billing (CRB) department to ensure that all billing instructions are well communicated and understood. Disseminate key information from MSA's to relevant departments such as Legal, Safety, Operations and Laboratory as needed. All other duties as assigned. 5.0 Fitness for Duty - Physical Demands This position will be in an office setting, but field work may be required. Ability to occasionally lift up-to-50 pounds, push & pull, reach overhead, stoop & squat, and wear protective equipment if required.
