  • Seguin, TX (Home of Certified Service) 1836 HD is a rapidly growing heavy-duty truck, RV, motorcoach, trailer, and equipment repair company serving Texas and Arizona through both mobile and in-shop operations.
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Service Coordinator / Legal & Collections Administrator to assist with customer communications, collections, administrative operations, documentation management, and legal support coordination. This is a unique hybrid role ideal for someone with a paralegal background, collections experience, contract administration experience, or strong legal-office organizational skills who also thrives in a fast-paced service environment. Primary Responsibilities Manage customer communication regarding invoices, balances, approvals, and account follow-up Coordinate collections efforts on overdue accounts professionally and persistently Assist with lien documentation, customer records, payment tracking, and supporting documentation preparation Coordinate with management, outside legal counsel, insurers, warranty companies, and commercial customers Maintain detailed communication logs and organized electronic records Assist with drafting professional emails, notices, payment follow-ups, and administrative correspondence Support service scheduling, dispatch coordination, and customer intake as needed Help manage company documentation systems, contracts, service agreements, and onboarding paperwork Assist with CRM, invoicing systems, and operational administrative tasks Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Preferred Qualifications Paralegal certificate strongly preferred Prior experience in collections, legal administration, contract administration, insurance, or commercial account management preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to remain professional during difficult customer or collections conversations Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems Ability to multitask in a fast-moving operational environment Prior automotive, heavy-duty, RV, construction, transportation, or service-industry experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications Position may offer both hourly compensation and performance-based bonus opportunities Long-term advancement potential into operations, legal administration, or management roles Growing company with expansion into multiple regions Stable full-time opportunity with long-term career growth Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Additional flexibility may occasionally be needed depending on operational demands About 1836 HD 1836 HD LLC is a mobile and in-shop heavy-duty truck, RV, motorcoach, trailer, and equipment repair company providing diagnostics, maintenance, mechanical repairs, and emergency roadside services throughout Texas and Arizona.
