Pride Health is looking for Contract Analyst to support our client's medical facility, which is in Bellaire, TX 77401 Pay range - $30 TO 33/hr on W2 Length of assignment - 8 weeks of Contract with possibility of extension
Location :
Bellaire, TX 77401 Job Summary Compiles and researches LOIs and prepares documents for the LOI Committee meetings, including mapping to evaluate network need. Monitors TMHP website for provider reimbursement changes on a monthly basis. Works with Contract Administrators to prepare service forms when provider participation or reimbursement changes are identified. Prepares and sends provider welcome packets and denial letters. Receives and tracks internal and external service forms to ensure appropriate follow-up and response is completed within five (5) business days. Implements database changes for providers within three (3) days of receipt from delegated entities. Prepares and processes Single Case Agreements and provider service documentation. Responsibilities Compile and research LOIs and prepare documentation for LOI Committee meetings. Map provider requests and proposals to evaluate network needs. Monitor website monthly for provider reimbursement changes. Work with Contract Administrators to prepare service forms related to provider participation and reimbursement updates. Prepare and distribute provider welcome packets and denial letters. Receive, track, and monitor internal and external service forms. Ensure follow-up and responses are completed within five (5) business days. Implement provider database changes received from delegated entities within three (3) business days. Prepare and process Single Case Agreements (SCAs). Maintain accurate provider records and related documentation. Required Skills Contracts Knowledge of the managed healthcare environment. Ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Data entry and documentation management skills. Education High School Diploma or GED required. Experience Minimum two (2) years of healthcare or managed healthcare experience required.
