CONTRACT PROCESSING ADMINISTRATOR POSITION SUMMARY
Kornerstone provides Finance & Insurance products to automotive customers nationwide while delivering trusted administrative and risk-management services for dealerships. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Contract Processing Administrator who is excited to grow, learn our business, and contribute to continuous improvement. In this role, you will ensure contract accuracy, support dealerships and customers, and maintain high-quality data within our systems. You will have opportunities to refine processes, expand product knowledge, and become a subject-matter expert — with strong training and team support. This position is ideal for a proactive self-starter who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys helping elevate the team. Pay starts at $18.00/hour.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and validate contract submissions for completeness and compliance Enter, update, and correct data in internal systems with strong accuracy and focus Provide timely and professional support to dealerships and customers by phone and email Take ownership of inquiries from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and recommend process improvements Support cross-department collaboration to resolve complex issues Manage assigned tasks and shifting priorities with independence and accountability Document findings, decisions, and follow-through clearly and consistently Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. High attention to detail with strong organization and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook Email Analytical thinker who is comfortable learning new systems and tools Self-motivated problem solver with interest in process improvement and growth Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team Spanish proficiency is a plus, not required SQL or advanced data skills are a plus High school diploma or equivalent required

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
Base pay starts at $18.00/hour, with performance-based incentives that reward accuracy, initiative, and team contribution after 6 months.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a full-time, in-office role between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Work is performed at a desk in a standard office environment. Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and use hands regularly; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.
