Are you an experienced proposal management professional with a passion for driving winning proposals and leading cross-functional teams? We're looking for a Manager, Proposal Operations to join a leading organization in the Aerospace / Aviation / Defense industry. ????

Salary:
$125,000 - $145,000
USD Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal development process ? Coordinate with Business Development, Capture, Program, and Engineering teams ? Ensure proposal compliance with customer requirements and RFP guidelines ? Manage proposal schedules, reviews, and deliverables ? Conduct status meetings and oversee proposal resources and assignments ? Support post-submission activities and continuous process improvement
Requirements:
?? Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of related experience (or equivalent experience) ?? Ability to obtain a security clearance ?? Strong proposal management and stakeholder coordination skills ?? Excellent writing, editing, and document management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
? APMP or Shipley Certification ? Aerospace, Aviation, or Defense industry experience ? Advanced proposal development and desktop publishing experience ? Strong Microsoft Office skills
