Full‑time About the Role Morgan Wendellman is seeking Contract Support Assistants at the Entry, Mid, and Expert levels to provide high‑quality administrative and contract support to government acquisition and contracting teams. This position is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals who excel in fast‑paced, structured environments working with sensitive information.
What You'll Do:
Maintain and organize contract documentation and files Support administrative contract modifications Perform data entry, run queries, and generate reports across multiple systems Draft professional correspondence and handle scheduling and coordination tasks Track actions and maintain internal databases Manage onboarding tasks and access request workflows Provide polished administrative support with accuracy and attention to detail Follow all security, compliance, and confidentiality protocols
Required Qualifications Entry Level:
2+ years MS Office experience 1+ year administrative, contract, office, or finance support experience
Mid Level:
5+ years admin support; 3+ years contract administration experience
Expert Level:
10+ years admin support; 10+ years contract administration experience
Preferred Skills:
DAWIA/FAC
‑C certification Experience with government acquisition systems Intelligence Community experience Please send your resume at:
