$65 - $85.00/hour

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Proposal Manager to oversee all aspects of federal proposal development for a leading professional services firm near Washington, D.C. This contract-to-hire position offers a dynamic environment with potential for full-time employment. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned federal proposal expert with proven success managing complex proposals, leading cross-functional teams, and developing compelling win strategies. Responsibilities include managing proposal processes, conducting strategic analyses, coordinating content development, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements, and leading proposal production and delivery. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Applicants should be comfortable working extended hours and collaborating across remote and onsite teams. Initial onsite presence is required during the first five days of employment; flexible work arrangements are possible afterward. The position may require occasional onsite work beyond initial onboarding.

Top Requirements:
