Overview Responsibilities Review contracts to accurately determine the term and expiration date of each agreement. Follow established procedures to archive contracts, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping. Analyze contract documents, record relevant term details, and process files for secure archiving in accordance with company protocols. Ensure attention to detail, adherence to compliance guidelines, and proper management of confidential information. Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, organize, and analyze contract data effectively. Coordinate with team members and maintain accuracy throughout workflow. Perform light lifting, including moving, carrying, and organizing boxes with contracts. Requirements Zero years of minimum experience required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Ability to perform light physical tasks including moving and organizing boxes.
