Contract Coordinator Location:

Pay:
$25•26/hour + growth potential
Schedule:
Full-time (flexible start between 6:00 AM•8:00 AM) Position Overview Lingo Staffing is seeking a highly detail-oriented Project Administrator for a client to directly support the VP in managing critical contract and project data. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring accuracy in project setup, compliance documentation, and financial tracking across both public (VDOT) and private sector work. This position is essential to keeping projects running smoothly and accurately from contract award through execution. Key Responsibilities Contract & Project Setup Review contracts alongside leadership and accurately input all project details into the internal system Enter materials, quantities, pricing, and job-specific requirements with a high degree of accuracy Transition awarded work from pre-project phase into active project tracking Data Entry & Documentation Maintain precise and organized project records, including: Insurance requirements Billing contacts and project stakeholders Site management details Retainage and financial terms Ensure all data entered is accurate, complete, and aligned with contract terms Compliance & Reporting Manage and maintain documentation required for VDOT and other public projects Track employee paperwork and job-specific wage rates Ensure proper recordkeeping for audits, compliance, and reporting requirements Administrative & Operational Support Serve as a key administrative partner to the management Support internal coordination between office and field teams Assist with heavy paperwork flow and document organization Qualifications 4+ years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or contract support roles Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience working with contracts, construction documentation, or compliance paperwork preferred Ability to manage high volumes of paperwork in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with construction software or ERP systems is a plus (HCSS experience is a bonus but not required) What They're Looking For Someone dependable, focused, and highly organized A professional who takes pride in accuracy and ownership of their work Ability to stay on task and manage responsibilities without constant oversight Strong sense of urgency and accountability in a deadline-driven environment Why Join the company?
