Job Description

Intel Analyst - Contract, Remote We are seeking a highly motivated, self-guided, and detail-oriented Sr OSINT Intelligence Analyst and Physical Security Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting open-source information to support various intelligence operations, and designing, integrating, and managing security systems that safeguard people, physical assets and mitigate risks. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent research skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights with minimal guidance. Shift of the

$55/hr to $61/hr Responsibilities of the
Intel Analyst:
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis using a variety of open-source tools and methodologies. Identify, collect, and analyze data from publicly available sources, including social media, news outlets, forums, and other digital platforms. Monitor emerging trends, geopolitical developments, and potential threats relevant to client needs. Produce detailed and accurate intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with other intelligence analysts and teams to ensure a holistic approach to intelligence gathering and analysis. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of OSINT tools, techniques, and best practices. Assist in developing and refining OSINT methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of intelligence operations. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all intelligence activities. Designing security systems, including access control, surveillance cameras, alarms, sensors, lobby management, mass emergency notification, and connected intelligence platforms. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate security measures into building plans and infrastructure. Conducting risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats. Implementing security protocols and procedures to enhance protection. Monitoring and maintaining security systems to ensure optimal performance. Providing training and support to personnel on security protocols and equipment usage. Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience Lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. Qualifications of the
Intel Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Cybersecurity, engineering, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSINT or related intelligence analysis roles. Strong proficiency in using OSINT tools and platforms (e.g., Ontic, Maltego, Shodan, social media monitoring tools). Familiarity with geopolitical issues, cyber threats, and current global events. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Ethical judgment and commitment to confidentiality and legal compliance. Ability to act as a lead to colleagues, and build consensus in difficult situations. Intel Analysts Apply Today!
