This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience in the construction industry who understands bid proposals, subcontractor coordination, estimating support, invoicing, and project administration. Duties Prepare, organize, and track bid proposals and project documentation Assist with general contracting estimating Manage invoices, billing, and project-related financial records Utilize QuickBooks Online for invoicing, expense tracking, and administrative accounting tasks Use Contractor+ for project management, estimating, customer communication, and job tracking Coordinate and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors Assist with vendor onboarding, insurance certificates, W-9 collection, and compliance documentation Attend site visits as needed Support project managers with day-to-day construction administration Maintain organized project files, contracts, change orders, and communication logs Track subcontractor performance and assist with project coordination Qualifications Experience in general contracting, construction administration, or project coordination Familiarity with bid proposals and construction estimating Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online Experience using Contractor+ or similar construction/project management software preferred Experience with invoicing and construction-related billing processes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Comfortable attending job site visits Proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting residential and/or commercial construction projects Knowledge of permits, contracts, and change order processes Experience with construction management software is a plus Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Flexible schedule options may be available Job Type Full-time Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional site visits as required

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
