Job Description

Responsibilities:
End-to-end Revenue Cycle with knowledge and experience with healthcare provider Electronic Health Record (EHR) and revenue cycle management systems Manages engagement delivery against work plan; management of project tasks, risks, issues Delivers high quality service and deliverables to clients and capabilities to assess, design and implement new operating model and initiatives at clients Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders and performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of client operations and data to identify performance challenges and provide recommendations Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned in future projects Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Required Qualifications:
Health tech / vendor implementation experience End-to-end Revenue Cycle experience (eg. Epic) Experience in Front End RCM (Insurance Verification, Authorizations, Patient Collections), Coding, CFB/DNFB Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare provider revenue cycle Experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle with knowledge and experience with healthcare provider Electronic Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in project management software and tools Ability to travel every other week to client site Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
