(AEROSPACE) The Program Manager (Aerospace) will work closely with customers and internal personnel and will manage and resolve technical and contractual problems on specific new projects of moderate scope. Typically works with the support of a mentor and refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance. Functions and Responsibilities Acts as primary customer contact. Establishes customer rapport to facilitate company objectives and customer satisfaction. Leads proposal development and negotiation for new business within established guidelines. Coordinates gathering and technical analysis of customer requirements. Provides general coordination, timelines, and objectives for Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support organizations. Participates in or develops mechanisms for establishing, monitoring, and integrating project elements, product configuration and communications concerning change management processes and decisions. Negotiates project changes and incorporates changes into project control systems to maintain work statements, cost and schedule baselines. Transitions projects to production and to the Marketing administrator. Performs project close-out and documents lessons learned. Researches and identifies program forecasts, program and/or customer funding. Education Skills, and ExperienceEDUCATION
requirement: bachelor's degree in engineering or degree in similar technical field. Experience with military, defense, and/or government business client. Project Management experience (PMP Certification is nice to have) Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups within a manufacturing environment. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required. Attention to details and accuracy are position critical.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

$104,400 to $174,150 annually Participation in Annual Incentive Program Benefit & Retirement Plans Parker offers competitive benefit programs, including: Comprehensive coverage for medical, prescription drugs, dental, vision, voluntary optional life, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance and critical illness insurance with competitive premium cost. 401(k) Plan with company matching contributions at 100% of the first 5% of pay.
