Order Management Coordinator (Supply Chain Support) Temp Assignment 3-6 months (could be longer)Pay Rate Range:
$24- $36/hr depending on experience 1st Shift
Schedule:
5:30am- 6am start (8-hour shift)
- Monday through Friday In office
- no hybrid or remote possibilities.
Overview:
The scope includes evaluating daily movement on commitments from Manufacturing on past due and future orders to update our internal ERP system as well as our customers portal. We would want to see someone who is detail oriented and has extensive excel experience, a data analytics background/experience would be a plus. Excel certifications or highly proficient in Excel. Marketing/Contract Admin This individual works closely with customers and internal personnel, and will manage and resolve technical issues in limited scope and contractual problems on both new and recurring programs while maintaining business relationships with customers. Functions and Responsibilities Represent the company effectively in situations requiring sound judgment, initiative and discretion. Resolve problems independently within guidelines. Manage multiple project tasks. Prepare and transmit correspondence of contractual and technical nature to customer and to company departments. Support program managers with technical issues within limited scope. Tracks performance maintains and monitors customer metrics and reports results. Acknowledge purchase orders and amendments for new orders and others as assigned. Identifies risks associated with contractual terms and conditions and develops, proposes and coordinates for internal review. Negotiate contract changes within established guidelines. Support long-term contract negotiations and assist program managers with proposal preparation. Provide change quotations and information regarding delivery and status on new jobs to customers. Recognize potential sales opportunities and pass them on to Program Managers for follow up. Handles and communicates Accounts Receivables issues directly with the customer in support of Finance. Qualifications- HS Diploma or GED is ok Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
